ARTIST PROFILE

Rod Whyte is an Illustrator, Graphic Artist and Painter who lives in the beautiful mountains near Mount Pisgah in Western North Carolina. He has a Master of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing, a degree in Art Education, and a Computer Graphics Design Certification, with expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Xpress and Macromedia Director. His work is noted for being expressive and rich in color. He is also noted for teaching art with people all ages and capabilities from pre-school children to retired adults.

Besides being a designer, he has exhibited art in Minneapolis, MN; Eau Claire, WI; DeKalb, IL; Nashville, TN; Knoxville, TN; Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, Huntersville and Asheville, NC.
